In my opinion, you shouldn't talk to him. He already knows the URL to your blog, and probably follows you; he knows how you feel. If he wanted to, he would contact you. Likewise, if he wanted you to contact him, he would've at least put something in your ask or whatever. Try not to let him know how much he's affecting you - maybe that's why he felt a break was necessary; because maybe he thought you were clingy? idk. Show him you have a life outside of him and can exist without him.
